The logging device ERBACH R with automatic welding parameter calculation and logging is suitable for butt-welding machines with Input voltage 230 V and 380/400 V.

The ERBACH R logging unit performs the following functions:

• Automatic calculation of all welding parameters depending on the type of pipe and assistance through all welding process
• Welding pressure control and heating mirror temperature control
• Monitoring and measuring the pressure in the system throughout the welding process
• Timer for all welding stages, including prompts on the display and sound signals
• Provides recording (protocolling, logging) of the entire welding process
• Specially designed for logging of welding process of thermoplastic pipes from PE / PP / PVDF

• All standard (DVS 2207-1etc) parameters of the welding process are already stored in the internal memory, which allows to avoid use of paper welding charts
• The device has integrated USB port for transferring recorded protocols to a storage medium in PDF format
• There is the possibility of filling in the construction site name, weather conditions and the order number
