Manual Butt Welding Machines for PE (HDPE) Pipes
Manual apparatus with mechanical driven pressure device are used for welding pipes of PE (HDPE), PP and PVDF and can be applied in cases where the application of the hydraulic device is not mandatory. - basic frame with clamps
- heating mirror
- planer
- reduction inserts
- Box for reduction inserts and tools
- transport case
Mechanical butt-welding machines are, generally, have advantage of a budget cost, but require more competence from welding personnel, because of less level of machinery. Apparatus for butt-welding PE pipes with mechanical drive are, basically, preferred in following cases:
- It is not possible to use devices with a hydraulic drive (e.g. very compact space)
- the welded pipeline does not belong to the category of objects of high importance (e.g. gas pipelines) and does not require logging
